Our commitment

Bernath & Rosenberg, P.C. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to this website.

Conformance status

This website is intended to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Conformance status is a partial assessment; we have not engaged an independent audit and continue to review the site against these standards on an ongoing basis. This site should be considered partially conformant, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard.

Measures we've taken

• Semantic HTML structure with a single, logical heading hierarchy on each page
• Visible keyboard focus states on all interactive elements
• Minimum 48×48px touch targets for buttons and form controls
• Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu and FAQ accordion
• Descriptive link and button text rather than generic "click here" labels
• Visible form labels with required fields marked in text
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
• Text and UI color contrast checked against 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (large text/UI) minimums
• No autoplaying media or motion; animations respect prefers-reduced-motion
• Layout reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px viewport width
